Tasting Notes
Wine Advocate 91
The 2009 Clos Haut-Peyraguey has a pale to medium gold color and nose of dried tropical fruit, praline, ginger, beeswax and honey. Maturing, it is rich, lively and savory in the mouth with a stewed tea finish.
Anticipated maturity: 2019-2030

Bernard Magrez’s name is mentioned seven times on the labels " plus his photograph. Tasted blind. Deep orangey gold. Very cheesey nose. Then very sweet, rather soft and floral palate. Not quite refreshing enough.
Anticipated maturity: 2015-2026
