Cask sample. Light ruby. Delicate aroma of wild strawberries, but it does smell a bit tart. Smells a little of SO2 (presumably to protect the sample on its travels). A bit hard to taste through that, but it clearly has some bright and juicy red fruit. Tannins are light and dry. A bit severe overall. (JH)
