The 2022 Saint-Aubin Sur Le Sentier du Clou 1er Cru is very much closed for business on the nose despite rigorous coaxing. Not coming out to play! The palate is fresh on the entry with a keen bead of acidity. Racy and slightly more malic than its peers, it gently fans out towards the finish with a dash of lemongrass brightening the close. Bottled under Diam 30. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.
