The 2022 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has a waxy bouquet, less expressive than the Sechets at the moment, more yellow fruit here with lanolin and walnut. The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity, yellow plum and citrus peel. Though, at the moment, the Sechets conveys a little more charm and personality. Fine.
