The 2024 Bienvenue-Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru comes from a single 0.12-hectare parcel. This is very detailed with fine mineralite on the nose, tight at first but nicely focused, almost understated. The palate is fresh and steely on the entry then gains weight with hints of praline complementing the citrus fruit. Fine tension and precision on the finish, this is an excellent Bienvenue.
