The NV Brut Bloomsbury is a blend of 53% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 17% Pinot Meunier, picked in Sussex and southern counties on clay, gravel, chalk and sandstone. The wine spent just over two years on lees and presents juicy red-green apple and lemon on the nose. Apple and lemon also swirl on the brisk, fresh palate, where animated mousse adds to the sense of refreshment. The finish is wonderfully bright and fresh. Dosage is 7 grams per liter.
